Tip-Topper Comics collected some of United Features Syndicates most popular comic strips of the 1940s in full color, including Lil Abner and Fritzi Ritz. A spider web reveals the extent of Fritzi's social life to her friend Bessie. One of the backup strips in the comic is Charles Schulz's Peanuts, then only in its fifth year, presented in full color. After a bomb attack on the FBI headquarters, Vana reveals that the Soviets are also aware of the agents of Terra on Earth. Nightmare Alice falls in love with Lance Carver (M.D.), in a Li'l Abner storyline by Al Capp. Plus the Ripley-like Strange as It Seems.
