Volume 3 - 1st Printing. Stories and art by Carl Barks, Don Rosa, Gary Leach and Geoffrey Blum. Gladstone presents classic Disney stories by Carl Barks and other Disney comics artists. Scrooge purchases a rare element at auction, but to safely store it, he must travel to the South Pole, so he takes Donald and his nephews along. But Donald tries to trick them by disguising normal animals as strange, unheard-of creatures.
