I recently inherited my brother’s collection of comics, a collection he accumulated while serving in the navy. He is not with us anymore. After some extensive research for the past couple years, I’ve found that many of his newer comics have limited value so I’m looking to sell what I can now, and hope to sell more as they come onto your want list. However, as you can see, my brother also had a very nice selection of Silver Age high grade comics, some of which I’m putting into this first sales batch coming your way. I grew up reading comics, mostly my brother’s. He was very careful with them so the grading should be mostly high. As I sort through his comics, I feel like he is with me, sometimes telling me to stop touching his stuff. Lol!, but I can’t help myself, ha ha. This whole process has been a difficult time for our family, but we enjoy fond memories of my brother while sorting through his comics. God bless and thank you for making this process easy. Oh, wow! Your site works really well! As you recommended, I scanned in my entire collection with a barcode scanner and I just assumed that when items weren't on the want list and had an estimate of "1 month" that didn't really mean what it clearly does--you'll buy them in a month or so. The first comic my Dad ever bought for me came from your Lone Star Comics store in Town East Mall. My parents and grandparents would give me $1 for every "A" I got on my report card. I used that money to purchase older comics like G.I. Joe and Spider-Man, among others. I stopped collecting for a while in my 20's, but I got back into it during the mid 2000s. During that time, I ordered almost all of my comics from your online store. I wish that I didn't have to part with them now, but my father-in-law is very ill and we are moving him to live near us, so every penny counts at this point.
