Cinema theater giveaway. On Saturdays, there were special children showings that included a free Hollywood Comics. These promotional comics were actually unsold returned comics which had had their covers stripped and replaced with a new heavy paper stock Hollywood Comics cover. It has advertisements for local business's on the back and interior covers. This particular copy was distributed at the Fargo Theatre located in Illinois and contains the interior to Raggedy Ann and Andy #7 (Dec 1946) which features the only appearance of Little Black Sambo. 7 1/2" x 10 1/2", 48 pg, FC.
