Animator Paul Terry's Terrytoons featured Mighty Mouse, Heckle & Jeckle, and other classic cartoon characters of yesteryear. Rudy takes the kids sailing, and ends up hoist with his own petard. Papa Bear hatches a get-rich-scheme to return lost dogs to their owners, but the plan quickly goes to the dogs.
