Having sabotaged the anti-aircraft batteries of the Stuttgart dam, The Spark Man is captured by Nazis and taken to a torture dungeon in an old castle. In a strip that plays on comic-strip politics of the time, Bathless Groggins is dismayed that cartoonist Cal App is partying with the rich and famous, while relying on an anonymous assistant to do his strip. Back from the round-the-world trip, the Captain and Mama want to put the Kids in school, but the Kids waste no time resuming the business of mischief. Plus a Tarzan adventure by Burne Hogarth.
