This issue reprints strips from Feb. 7 - March 5, 1935. Boris Arson has a knack for escape, and leads Tracy and Pat Patton on a merry chase with the help of cronies like Cutie Diamond and his own sister, Zora Arson. Story and Art by Chester Gould. Reprints of Dick Tracy daily and Sunday comic strips (Chicago Tribune), 1941.03.18-1941.05.10. Mrs. DePool shoots Selbert when he threatens Myrna, her granddaughter. Selbert gets his revenge by killing Mrs. DePool with a poisoned doorbell and setting the house on fire while Tracy is trapped in a basement cistern hideout. Selbert buys a diner, but one of the women hostesses gets suspicious and Selbert drowns her by pushing a car into a river. Selbert sneaks into a parade float to escape, but is double-crossed when the float driver rams the float into a low viaduct.
