A scientist and his mistress decide to use a suspended-animation serum so they can be together in the future, but that future is farther away than they think. A space mission is endangered by a stowaway, in a Wally Wood story published before the similar science fiction classic "The Cold Equations." In another Wood story, a stranded space traveler on a primitive planet becomes a messianic figure. Science-fantasy cover by Wally Wood.
