When Betty and Jim are trapped by a blizzard and he goes snow-blind, he has to rely on Betty. This makes Jim realise that he loves Betty and is willing to share his life with her. And: "Marion Gets Married!" with pencils by Al Hartley - Marion marries engineer Frank and they move to his family mansion in New York. Marion is at first overwhelmed by her new life, but when Frank returns from a business trip he discovers she's undergone a glamorous makeover and has been throwing parties. Marion explains she did this to try and fit in with his society friends, but Frank says he prefers "the sweet, simple girl I married."
