Tip-top Topics (1961) was a promotional comic book for salesmen and the families of Tip-Top employees. Art by Vic Herman. This giveaway comic/sale brochure/news letter is the February 1961 issue Vol. 5 # 2 of Tip-Top Topics," a monthly publication for the Tip-Top Bread Company featuring Herman's Deliveryman, Tip-Top Ted.
