The Turtles encounter a dying alien who hands them a device to locate three fragments from the Eye of Sarnath, which when joined will give the holder untold power. They must find the fragments before they fall into evil hands. Unfortunately, Shredder is on the hunt for them as well, and after grabbing the first piece he uses it to shrink the Turtles down to size. 32 pages. Full color.
