With exciting line art illustrations in every chapter and gripping storylines, these action-packed tales will engage readers from beginning to end. Each book in this series follows a group of teenage demigods in Ancient Greece who didn't inherit any god-like powers but still prove their worth to the gods by solving mysteries and problems. Even though they are disappointed that they don't have "powers" like other demigods, the characters discover their skills and overcome self-doubt. The series is carefully written with a focus on morphology, which is critically important for improving spelling and reading comprehension. This fourth book in the series focuses on adjective suffixes. Serving as a vital bridge between decodable and mainstream books, the Mount Olympus Mysteries will empower readers to confidently understand meaning from text alone, allowing them to become fluent independent readers. Hardcover, 5 1/2-in. x 8-in., 144 pages, Text (with B&W Chapter Illustrations). Age 10-14 years Cover price $14.99.
