Bored housewife Martha is swept off her feet when she rents a spare room to famed artist Morgan, in a story with early art by future Marvel legend Jim Mooney. Alice admires husband Steve for becoming a small-town doctor instead of getting a big practice, but in day-to-day life she finds being a doctor's wife almost too challenging. Jilted by Roger, Betty marries his best friend Stan, but what will she do when Roger wants her back? My Guilty Love; Doctor's Wife!; How to Keep Your Husband Happy; My Sister Kate; His Best Friend's Wife. Ginny's sweetheart Neil finally returns from military service, but she finds herself drawn to his war buddy Ted. Gloria models for her painter husband Sam, but when she sells one of his paintings for food money, he acts like the classic temperamental artist. Lois's twin sister Laura is a flighty heartbreaker, but when they meet David, Lois decides to take her sister's place and marry him. Stories and art by George Evans and John Martin. This early romance comic from Fawcett had particularly complex plots to go with the tears and kisses. Sheila works in a nightclub owned by gangster Burke, but Martin seems like a nice guy. But after she rejects him, Martin goes into business with Burke, in a story with early art by future EC legend George Evans. Miriam works in an insurance agency and is engaged to boring co-worker Neil, but dumps him when handsome, unpredictable Carl joins the agency. After a tragedy, she gets the chance to commit insurance fraud. Ann blames Peter for the train wreck that killed her parents and sets out to destroy him, but she didn't expect to fall in love with him in the process.
