Star-Studded Comics started at 35 cents. It increased to 50 cents on issue #4. Color cover by Sam Grainger features the Astral Man. Back cover by Howard Keltner features the Defender. "Let's Talk It Over!" column notes the increase to 52 pages with this issue. It also notes that they have back issues of numbers 7, 12, and 13 - all others have sold out; it does not have any note regarding the press run of this issue. Stories include the Astral Man versus The Adder (2nd appearance of the Astral Man, 1st app. was issue #1.), comic story with script by Howard Keltner and art by Sam Grainger.
