Inspired by the one and only superhero, extraterrestrial, and rock and roll deity in history, BOWIE: Stardust, Rayguns, & Moonage Daydreams is the original graphic memoir of the great Ziggy Stardust!
In life, David Bowie was one of the most magnetic icons of modern pop culture, seducing generations of fans with both his music and his counterculture persona. In death, the cult of Bowie has only intensified. As a musician alone, Bowie's legacy is remarkable, but his place in the popular imagination is due to so much more than his music. As a visual performer, he defied classification with his psychedelic aesthetics, his larger-than-life image, and his way of hovering on the border of the surreal.
BOWIE: Stardust, Rayguns, & Moonage Daydreams chronicles the rise of Bowie's career from obscurity to fame; and paralleled by the rise and fall of his alter ego as well as the rise and fall of Ziggy Stardust. As the Spiders from Mars slowly implode, Bowie wrestles with his Ziggy persona. The outcome of this internal conflict will change not only David Bowie, but also, the world.
Hardcover, 8-in. x 11-in., 160 pages, full color.

Z2 Comics celebrates the most crucial indie album of the new millennium with Broken Social Scene: You Forgot It in People, The Graphic Novel. Paralleling the confluence that led a community of Toronto musicians to craft a winding audio epiphany, this project unites one writer and and 13 artists to create a series of intertwining vignettes inspired by the 2003 record, You Forgot It in People, on its 20th anniversary.
Overseen by Broken Social Scene's Justin Peroff and Brendan Canning, writer Lonnie Nadler (X-Men, Black Stars Above) joins Eric Orchard, Scott Chantler, Ray Fawkes, Mike Feehan, Diana Nguyen, and more artists to be announced for a fully Canadian sequential art jam session.
Within these pages, a collection of seemingly disparate strangers' lives weave in and out each others' orbits, touched equally by the mundane and unexplainable. The meta of music and people and ideas harmonizing together shifts to a new medium for this touching and ambitious graphic novel.

Popular Culture and Philosophy: Book 32 - 1st printing. "Darkness on the Edge of Truth!" Edited by Randall E. Auxier and Doug Anderson. The working man's poet, the Boardwalk prophet, or simply, the Boss. If "love is a banquet at which we feed," Bruce Springsteen has provided much food for thought. Ponder love, madness, and mansions of glory. In this collection of metaphysical probes, a gang of E-street philosophers will undress Bruce's deeper mysteries like irresistible Jersey girls. So, drop those brats at your mom's, come down to the river, and learn how to step in it twice. Fourteen philosophers examine everything Springsteen. Can Springsteen settle the nature-nurture debate through his song "Born to Run"? What do the famous philosopher Ricoeur and Springsteen have in common in their depiction of time? These die-hard Springsteen fans, who just happen to be philosophers, compile an entertaining handbook to the field of Springsteen studies, covering topics like Springsteen's connection to Marx and the proletariat, Springsteen's concept of the soul, and his status as a poet. Sure to delight any fan of Bruce Springsteen, Bruce Springsteen and Philosophy takes the reader to a new, deeper understanding of Springsteen, his music, and his place in American culture! Softcover, 6-in. x 9-in., 318 pages, Text only. Cover price $18.95.
