While Cap is touring the facility, he passes the isolation cell of a very unusual inmate. It's a man that seems to be half-dead and half-alive at the same time! Eventually, Cap leaves the facility and goes to visit Sharon Carter. However back at the psychiatric ward, the strange inmate morphs into a powerful creature called Agron!
