by Joe Brusha, Ralph Tedesco, & Axel Medelin Dr. Herbert West has brought the dead back to life but his experiments have been far from a success. The creatures his serum has reanimated bear little resemblance to what they were in life. His human subjects have returned as mindless monsters with a thirst for human flesh. But his failures have only driven West even harder to succeed. How far will he go to conquer death? The subject of his latest experiment may make that decision for him. Don't miss this modern retelling of the classic H.P. Lovecraft story Herbert West: Reanimator. Cover price $2.99.

Ad for Classic Comics "Gift Boxes" on back cover. There were 4 boxes offered, A-D, each with 5 different Classic Comics for just 50c. We wonder if any of these boxed sets survived. If so, they must be VERY rare. NOTE: Comic may appear to have three pages missing, but if the "cut" looks straight and clean, the pages are not missing (you can tell by the story line, which is not broken). The comic was printed this way during wartime to minimize paper usage. (HRN 21).
