It's the 1990's and at the multi-national conglomerate Lamia International, the executives have taken the term bloodthirsty literally. The entire corporation is secretly run by vampires. After years of half baked attempts to rule the living, vampires have realized that the true path to world domination is through the corporate boardroom. They control employment, the money flow, politicians, and pharmaceutical companies. But their secret has leaked out. Enter two wisecracking assassins named Nikita and Milo. She's a bodybuilder with an attitude who has a personal score to settle with the vampires. He's an expert marksman with the perfect recipe for barbecue sauce. Together they hunt vampires. Nikita and Milo have come up with new weapons for their vampire fight. She has a silver bladed double side scythe, and he has the one object every vampire fears...a chainmail gauntlet that burns any vampire it touches, a gauntlet that is supposed to have been formed from the Holy Grail itself. Nikita and Milo, vampire assassins, get to the very heart of evil, as action, adventure and horror come together when they learn that Blood is the Harvest. Written by Clint McElroy. Art by Wayne Losey and Gary Yap. Cover by Flint Henry and Bob Dvorak. B&W, 32 pg. Cover price $2.50.

"The Prowling" Part 1 of 6. Guest-starring Doctor Druid. Script by Mark Gruenwald. Pencils by Rik Levins. Inks by Danny Bulanadi. Cover by Rik Levins and Danny Bulanadi. Cap's pilot, John Jameson, has been missing for almost three weeks! And strangely enough there have been bizarre sightings of a half-man, half-wolf creature in the New England area! Oh no, has John Jameson somehow become the Man-Wolf again?! But wait, wasn't John cured (of the moonstone curse) in Spectacular Spider-Man Annual 3 many years ago? The star-spangled avenger isn't sure what's going on, so he tags up with Dr. Druid in Boston and begins searching for John. When Cap and Dr. Druid stop in a dark forest north of town, they indeed find a werewolf…and then some! First appearance of Moonhunter. Cameo appearances by Wolverine, D-Man, J. Jonah Jameson, and the Black Widow. Flashback cameos by Dr. Curt Connors and Spider-Man. Second Story: "The Pit and the Pitiful" Script by Mark Gruenwald. Pencils by Larry Alexander. Inks by Ariane. Crossbones continues to hold Diamondback captive underground with, sadly, no relief in sight. Cameo appearances by Mother Night and Cutthroat. (Notes: This issue begins the six-part Man and Wolf storyline. The Captain America series is bi-monthly for the next 5 issues.) 32 pages Cover price $1.25.

By EDDIE CAMPBELL. Bacchus and Simpson travel to Sicily in this 1st issue of a brand new 4-issue series written and drawn by Eddie Campbell. While Bacchus waxes poetic on the Greek god Hephaistus, who set up shop in Sicily back when it was still "The Land of Persephone," Vinnie Bossonova has become a target for Sicily's all-too-modern-day inhabitants - the Mafia! Writer/artist Campbell puts a novel twist on the characters of Greek mythology (especially the wine-enamored Bacchus). This is the first full-length Bacchus story, and demonstrates his growth as an artist and a storyteller. Cover price $2.50.
