A densely illustrated and inventively imagined suite of ten plates made by Moebius in collaboration with Geof Darrow, a Moebius fan and comic illustrator. Darrow met Moebius in Los Angeles when Moebius was working on Walt Disney's Tron movie. He later went to Paris where he and Moebius collaborated on this series of images. Darrow made the initial pencil drawings, and Moebius traced them in ink, reworking the scenes as he went and adding color. Set includes envelope, folder, and 10 full color plates. 19 1/2" x 15".

1st printing. Written by Brandon Auman. Art and cover by Andrea Mutti. Presenting the award-winning, critically acclaimed original graphic novel from The Lab Press — now in The Lab Portable Edition! Adapted from the previously published premium hardcover slipcase edition, The Lab Portable Edition offers this complete, unabridged graphic novel in a smaller, paperback format—the same acclaimed story and artwork, now more accessible than ever. Praised by Kirkus Reviews as "richly imagined and illustrated, a splendidly dark ode to RPGs and classic horror tales," and by Feathered Quill for delivering "action, suspense, and vivid graphics that make the story come alive," Creatures & Corridors also earned the coveted Notable Book designation by BlueInk Reviews. When the line between player and character disappears, a group of friends must face the consequences of the game they started. In the summer of 1992, a forbidden role-playing game, Creatures & Corridors, takes a dark turn for five high schoolers, warping reality into a nightmarish fantasy. With orcs, tentacled horrors, and deadly traps, their living room, yard, and basement become a battleground. Now, they must navigate the game's perilous challenges, playing for their lives under the sinister scrutiny of a devilish Gamemaster. Blending fantasy, horror, and tabletop RPG storytelling, Creatures & Corridors explores what happens when survival becomes part of the story. Softcover, 5 1/2-in. x 8 1/2-in., 120 pages, full color. Cover price $9.99.

A showcase of the artwork from the epic science fiction adventure that reveals the mystery of man's origin and his migration into space. This contains six 11" x 17" b&w plates in a two-color illustrated portfolio. Jack's work is some of the most highly detailed in the comics world, with the kind of backgrounds and intricacies rarely found outside of art by Frazetta and Wally Wood. Here he could do all that detail in works of much larger size than in the comics format, and it's fun to see him doing the central characters and pivotal scenes with lots of room to spread out and present each plate. Plate 1 is signed and numbered by Katz.
